PERSONAL INFORMATION
House of SAKI is responsible as a data controller for the personal data that you provide us with in connection with your order. The personal data given to House of SAKI in connection with a purchase is used for signing and implementation of supply agreements, to maintain our supplier relationships as well as for marketing activities conducted by House of SAKI.
In order to carry out orders, it is necessary to disclose information to third parties. House of SAKI submits personal information to carriers to implement the delivery and notifications.
House of SAKI will never sell or assign personal data to other companies for marketing activities. You as a customer reserve the right to request a transcript of your personal data registered at House of SAKI. Processing of your personal data not based on a legal or contractual requirement will be based on our legitimate interests to:
– provide you with marketing communications and other publications (by post or by email or similar technology) relating to our business which we think may be of interest to you such as general information and newsletters;

DELETION & OBJECTION
You may request us to correct any incorrect information we have about you as well as to delete any information that is no longer necessary for the purpose it was collected and/or to object to our processing of your personal data. However, certain legal obligations may prevent us from immediately deleting certain information.

RESERVATIONS
House of SAKI reserves for any inaccuracies in images or texts. Any dispute is referred to the Consumer Complaints.
FORCE MAJEURE
House of SAKI’s obligations are postponed under force majeure. If force majeure is longer than 2 months, the customer as well as House of SAKI reserves the right to terminate the agreement without any obligation to pay for damages.
Force majeure include among other things strikes, illness among staff, transportation disruptions, import/export bans, regardless of this occurs in the company or its suppliers.
